M&S have officially partnered up with the Intelligent Reach Product Visibility Cloud, continuing to increase their growing online revenue.
It’s official! Our new client, Marks & Spencer (M&S) International is now live on the Intelligent Reach platform. Specialising internationally in clothing and home products, the multinational retailer continues to further increase their growing online revenue with us.
Looking to optimise their campaign performance across their partner channels, M&S were focusing on continuing to enhance and develop their online presence.
“We are experiencing rapid growth,” said Laura Yuen, Performance Marketing Manager at M&S International. “This continues to accelerate through digital expansion into new markets, through greater penetration within our existing 30+ territories and the roll-out of exciting new initiatives.”
M&S were looking for an advanced feed management provider that could empower them to quickly and easily enrich their product data, enabling them to send regular updates, while scaling across new digital markets.
“In turn, this requires greater technical maturity, a more strategic outlook, and enhanced operational efficiencies. From a feed management perspective, Intelligent Reach ticks these boxes.”
The multinational retailer joins other big names such as Not On The High Street, JD Sports and Boohoo, in our client portfolio. The new M&S partnership highlights the importance of online channels, as our Product Visibility Cloud continues to make a progressive impact in the retail industry since the coronavirus outbreak.
“It’s great to see M&S live on our platform,” said Robin Martin, CEO of Intelligent Reach. “We’re seeing great demand for our services as competition for online sales intensifies. We’re driven to support our clients to increase revenues and maximise success. We look forward to developing our relationship with M&S and helping them achieve their goals.”
The COVID-19 lockdown closures and cautious footfall in brick and mortar stores has severely impacted the UK retail industry. Despite stores reopening, multichannel retailers are still pushed to focus on generating sales through offsite channels, such as Google Shopping, Facebook and Bing Shopping.
