Intelligent Reach is Open for Business in the US

Intelligent Reach is open for business in the US. The company is growing with new customers and an expanded team.

Intelligent Reach, a leading B2B SaaS product data platform that ensures seamless integration of merchant data across 1500+ channels and marketplaces, has launched in the US.

The company has long been winning business across the UK, Australia and Japan, and is now looking to the US, where it feels there is a significant level of opportunities to disrupt and enhance the e-commerce sector.

Already working with over 40 clients in the US, Intelligent Reach hopes to build on these relationships as it takes ecommerce to new heights through its sophisticated, but easy to use platform.

Leading the US operation is Tim Freeze, who brings a wealth of experience and industry knowledge having worked for organisations including Kenshoo and BrightEdge.

A popular platform

The platform has proven to be particularly popular with brands, retailers and their digital agencies looking to drive additional revenue by optimising their product data. On average, clients enjoyed +79% impressions, +109% clicks and +16.7% conversion rate in 2021, numbers which have seen the likes of Vivino and Seraphine recently sign up to the platform, joining clients including Boohoo, Marks & Spencer, Arsenal Football Club, Next, and JD Sports.

Such success has seen the company awarded by the Retail Systems Awards, the Global Business Excellence Awards, and the UK Business Tech Awards.

A growing workforce

The continued growth and success of Intelligent Reach has seen the workforce grow by 38% year-on-year, with further investment earmarked to continue building out a dedicated US team, alongside pre-existing offices in the UK, Australia, Japan, New Zealand, and the Philippines. In conjunction with this, the company continues to invest in all aspects of the business – Sales, Marketing, Research & Development and Support Functions – as it looks to continue its growth into 2023 and beyond.
